Disclaimers
Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens, and sometimes something comes up and changes our plans completely that's why we don't charge any cancelation fees for cancellations within 3 hours of an appointment. We do however charge a fee if a cancellation occurs once we are on the way to or on-site which is half of the selected package.
Travel Fee: While we strive to keep our prices competitive and affordable for all. In order to fairly compensate our photographers for their time, locations in excess of 20 miles of the Coral Gables area will be charged at a rate of $20 per 10 miles.
Cleaning Fee: Understandably there will be some clutter and mess from the previous occupant, we rely on the realtor to have the property as clean as possible so our photographers can spend less time cleaning and more time shooting. Refer to our pre-shoot checklist sent before every shoot to see more. Our charge for unreasonable clutter or mess is the equivalent of our cleaning service ($100)
