When we were called to shoot this listing it already had previous photography done by the realtor. With that in mind, we came out with two goals. First providing quality photos to show the uniqueness of this house which wasn't coming across in the original photos, second helping get this listing more traction through social media and other video content. Both the client and I can say we successfully met the goals that were set out and the improved photography not only lead to more interest in the property but got it sold within 3 weeks of the upgraded photography.
